Office fit-out (Cat B)
Moving into a new or shell-and-core space? We deliver a complete Category B fit-out — designing and building out your offices so they’re ready for your team to walk in and work. That covers partitioning, suspended ceilings, flooring, decoration, joinery, lighting, power and data, all managed under one roof. You get a single programme, a single point of contact and a fixed price, so there are no surprises and no finger-pointing between trades.
Refurbishment
Already in your space but it’s tired, cramped or no longer fits how you work? We refurbish and reconfigure occupied offices with the least possible disruption — phasing the works, sealing off areas and running noisy or messy tasks out of hours so your team keeps working throughout. From a single-room refresh to a whole-floor reconfiguration, we leave you with a better space and a business that never stopped.
Partitions, ceilings & decorating
The everyday changes that make an office work harder. We install glazed and solid partitions to create offices, meeting rooms and quiet spaces; fit and repair suspended ceilings; and carry out full redecoration and flooring. Clean installation, tidy sites and quick turnarounds — ideal when you need a focused improvement rather than a full project.
M&E, furniture & space planning
The technical and practical layer that makes a workspace function. We handle small mechanical and electrical works — lighting, power, data cabling and comms — and supply and install office furniture to suit your team. Our space planning makes sure every square foot earns its place, balancing desks, meeting space and breakout areas for the way you actually work.
What size projects do you take on?
We specialise in small and mid-size office works — typically 1,500 to 20,000 sq ft, and anything from a single meeting-room alteration to a full Cat B fit-out. If it’s an SME office in London, it’s the kind of work we do every day.
Can you work in our office while we’re still using it?
Yes. A large part of what we do is improving spaces while people are still working in them. We phase the works, protect and clean the areas in use, and work evenings or weekends where it keeps disruption down, so your team can carry on throughout.
How much will my project cost?
Every space is different, so we price each job individually — but you’ll always get a fixed, itemised quote before any work starts, never an open-ended day rate. After a short site visit we can give you a clear cost breakdown and a realistic programme.
How long does a fit-out or refurbishment take?
It depends on the scope, but as a guide a straightforward refresh can take a couple of weeks, while a full Cat B fit-out of a mid-size office usually runs six to twelve weeks. We give you a firm programme with key dates at quote stage and keep you updated against it.
